Tech Developer

About Us:Nixacom is a fast-growing technology company revolutionizing access to tech products through innovative financing solutions. Our current platform, built on WordPress, enables individuals and corporations in underserved markets to access premium technology with flexible payment plans. We are looking for a talented Tech Developer to join our team full-time to help us scale our platform, transition to a full-stack application, and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Migrate our current WordPress platform to a robust full-stack application.
• App Creation: Develop and launch a companion mobile application for iOS and Android to complement our web platform.
• AI Integration: Design and implement AI-driven tools and systems to enhance our customer experience and streamline processes (e.g., creditworthiness assessments, document verification).
• System Optimization: Ensure platform scalability, security, and seamless functionality across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to align technical development with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with full-stack development (e.g., MERN, MEAN, or similar stack).
• Proficiency in WordPress development and migration to custom-built platforms.
• Expertise in mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks).
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience implementing AI solutions.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of developing and launching scalable, customer-facing platforms.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to manage server environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
