Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager for our client (shipping agency, consignment and logistics support services in the oil and gas industry).

The Finance Manager is responsible to:

• Ensure and supervise the financial management and accounting systems of the organization, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. He ensures compliance with the laws of the company and/or Senegalese.
• To carry out financial and tax analyses to propose the company’s main financial orientations. He implements the financial strategy, defines the financing plans and ensures their implementation in the most efficient way. He contributes to the company’s strategy.
• To ensure budget management and coordinates financial planning as well as accounting management practices and good cash management.
• To prepare and distribute budgetary, administrative, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to management in a timely manner. He prepares the consolidated results.
• To supervise the accounting and finance team and provides technical support to office staff and professionals.

Requirements :

• Bac +5: Finance, Economics, Management Control, Audit
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of MS Suite and accounting software
• Proficient in spoken & written English.
