Role Overview

We are offering a 6-month unpaid internship for a Tech Intern to support our Lead Technical Developer. This role is ideal for a current university student or recent graduate in Computer  Science, Software Engineering, or a related field looking to gain real-world experience in frontend, backend, mobile app development, and WordPress customization. The intern will work closely with our team, contributing to key projects and gaining hands-on exposure to the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in front-end development (React, Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Work on backend development (Node.js, Python, PHP, MySQL).
• Support WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and integrations.
• Contribute to mobile app development (Flutter, React Native).
• Debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with the lead developer to implement new features.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, API integration, security).
• Experience with frontend and backend development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Node.js, PHP).
• Familiarity with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter).
• Understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Ability to work independently and commit 20 hours per week.
